Hello, I have a CUEAC 220.127.116.11 and CUCM 8.6.2-22900. I have configured several queues, and I see the CTI ports, and cti route point registered correctly and I have enough cti ports.
The problem is tha I can only see one queued, the following call give ring tone to the caller, but I can see the call in the queue until I answered the call in queue. Is indiferent in the queue the call is, although I call to another queue , I will not see this call until answer the other call in queue.
