Hi,
Are there any CUOM experts out there?
Is there a way to tell CUOM not to log an event for a "Service Down" on a particular callmanager server, when that service is supposed to be down?
i.e. Subscriber does not run CDRInsert service.. but CUOM likes to alert me to the fact that it is not running.
Also if anyone has any good tips on how to get the most out of CUOM it would be appreciated!
Cheers,
Tim.

Go under device management and select number of monitored devices. You will be presented witha list of your devices. Select the device you want to configure. On the left side go down to APPLICATION --> VOICE SERVICES. You will be presented with a list of all the services running/not running on the server. In the right hand column selct TRUE/FALSE for the services you want to monitor.
