When I login to CUPAdmin in the top right I have a Exclamation Mark, how do I delete this notification manually to remove the notification?
"Cisco UP SIP Proxy (JDCCUPSP01) : requires a restart in order for recent configuration changes to take effect. You can restart this service here. After restarting the service, you must delete this notification manually."
I've already done the restart, just not clear on what/where I delete the notificaiton.
Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
