Hi Everybody
I have a problem when i try to download the voice mail messages to my Personal Communicator, the personal in server healt window displays "unable to stablish conection, invalid credencials or acount locked".
I have configured all the necesary in mi presence server IMAP, mail store, voicemail profile

You have to configured the voicemail credential from CUPC > File > Preferences > Accounts. It has to match the IMAP credential on mailstore.
If it's Unity, it should be the AD credential.
If it's Unity Connection, it should be the "Web Application" credential.

I have already configured this parameter in the CUPC, in my case is the user name and password from AD

You may telnet to the IMAP port to verify.
For example,
telnet 192.168.1.100 143
1 login johndoe pass123
It should give you a success or fail message. If you succeeded in the telnet test, it would be CUPC problem. If you failed in the telnet test, it would be Exchange problem.

Try to use the outlook express to setup an IMAP account to verify the IMAP configuration, if it works, then you need to replicate the settings and credentials to your CUP and CUPC
