Custom background image of Cisco 9951 phone

I am considering a purchase of a Cisco 9951 for use as a VOIP in my home. I have seen that in order to customize a background image there is talk of uploading to a server, .png file not to exceed a certain size, an .xml file, etc.
So,

1. Is there any way to customize the background image on a standalone 9951 phone?

2. Does Cisco make or did they used to make a phone for VOIP suitable for standalone and where the background can be customized without going through a server?

THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP

ALL the Cisco IP Phones (enterprise ones, not sure about SMB) get the background the same way, from a TFTP, from a specific directory which has the necessary files for that phone model. Image size and directories change depending on the phone model and phones are hardcoded to look into their specific directory and for List.xml

There used to be many years ago an app called Phone Designer which allowed to do this directly, but it has been deprecated for quite a number of years now.

Right now your only alternative is to configure a TFTP server, create the necessary folders and files, point your phone to it, and then the options should show up when you try to change the background.

If you want to change the background, do you have CUCM or will this be doing "manually"?

Manually

Get the phone to work with the voice service provider first because this phase is the most difficult if used without a CUCM.

Once the phone is working then we can discuss about changing the screen background -- Take one step at a time.
