Custom ring tones via XML provisioning file

Hi,

I want to push custom ring tones to my phones, but I have over 30 phones and I want to push it via the XML provisioning file. Cisco says that they won't tell me how to do it. Can anyone on here tell me how it's done ?

I think I might have been unclear about the XML file. I am talking about the file that looks like this :

The rep said I should check on the forums because Cisco doesn't support what I am trying to do.
