CUCM 11.5
Hi,
We have uploaded the customized prompt for conference now and changed to customized prompt from default main greeting but CUCM still playing the default CUCM conference now prompt.We have check marked to override the default greeting.Also we have made sure customized prompt are uploaded in correct format(as per MOH standard),also restarted the IPVMSA service on all servers but still the same.
We also tried to change the default CUCM conference now with other system default prompts(example:Invalid Pin) but still the same issue.
Please let me know if you have come across this issue.
