How can i accomsplish the following task
Lets say if someone will call my E1 number which is terminated on H323 gateway c2951 (NM-CUE 8.6) connected to CUCM 7.1. There is option to dial 1 to direct specific department dial 2 to direct any else department on my greeting message.
Is this hardware specific feature or software specific???

It's a software feature provided by the Unity Express Auto Attendant. The Unity Express Design Guide has a section that explains the feature and its limitations.

hi,
I have 2 sites connected with CUCM. I have one nm-cue 7.1 at one site which is connected to CUCM 7.1. I created two AutoAttendant with different call-in-number. One AA for local router is working but the other one for remote router is not working, It is showing busy tone.
Any idea
