Customizing Cisco Phone 7940 - CCME4.3

Hi. I have develed an IP telephony solution with CCME 4.3, and the client ask me to put his logo on the Cisco IP Phone 7940 screen. I only know that I need to have xml and png files, but I don't know more about this. I appreciate your help, for doing this. I need a guide about what special features the files need, where I have to put this files on the CCME, and all the topics that are requiered for this issue. Thanks
