CUWL issue

We have a customer has CME and unity express in 33 sites and has CUCM v8 and Unity Connection in one site, and he needs to centralized his network.

We need to use the CUWL, our issie that Unity Express license cant be migrated.

I propose to use CUWL with this P/N:

UWL-UPG-CM-STD

Is this correct?

So what should we do?

Hi Ahmed,

You need to calculate number of IP Phones Users and Model  based on that you need to order the  CUWL  where as in unity connection you need to check voice mail user need as per the 33 sites.

We have 2500 users in all 33 site and they have Voicemail provided by unity express.

You wanna centralized only CUCM or both CUCM and Unity Connection ?
