CUWL with UCSS

i have proposed CUCM 8.6 with CUWL licenses.

the customer doesnot want the UCSS suuport for licenses. Now if i will place the order without the UCSS licenses will the STD licenses work.

Licenses will work just fine, but the customer will not be entitled to any future major upgrades, i.e. CUCM 9.0 coming up shortly. So, if they plan on sticking with 8.6 forever they can not purchase any UCSS.
