It's part of Communications Manager which I assume your IPC is registered to. If you are not an administrator of CUCM, you can reach out to them for the link. If your IPC is registered to another system, let us know what it is.

I have admin rights but don't where I will get the link.
Can you navigate the path

you can go to https://<CUCM>/ccmuser link.

I tried https://10.10.X.X/roy
10.10.X.X cucm sub ip
roy --> as end user user id (cucm)
got the error as one Firefox web browser
" HTTP Status 404 - /roy
type: Status report
message: /roy
description: The requested resource (/roy) is not available. "
-----------------------------
for ccmuser link : Is it the user id

The link is not /roy, it is "/ccmuser" or "/ucmuser" or you can just go to the IP address of the CUCM server and second URL link is for it. Then you enter the username and password for the end user.

Hi Chris,
one more concern on this migration .
Do we need MPLS and Internet dependency for CUCM/VoIP ?
as we have dedicated At & T Ip flex circuit with separate VG

If you are not changing the IP addresses of your CUCM during the migration there is nothing you need to do on your network nor CUBE router.
If you are changing IP addresses then you need to adjust the configuration of CUBE to update the IP address used for SIP communication with CUCM, and SCCP configuration if you have DSP farms controlled by CUCM on it.
The only thing on the network side you would need to change is the DHCP scopes would need to be updated with new CUCM TFTP addresses.

Hi Chris,
one more thing if one site goes down then VoIP call also will not work correct ?
then how can I route the call to another gateway .
do I have to configure Teho on another gateway which in uk side ?
or other things for call routing

Define "one site goes down", is this a branch site with phones and voice GW or is this a data center hosting your servers? What components would be down?
02-21-2017 12:58 AM
Its the main site with phone and voice GW. Complete Data center hosting the server will be shutdown

If all servers are being shut down then there will be no voice services provided by them, and remote sites if configured will go into SRST for local fallback.
If only half of the servers are being shut down nothing should be affected as redundancy would kick in.
If you have centralized PSTN access at the data center then phone services will be down if local CUBE(s) are being shut down, in which case you can reroute outbound calls via local trunks by reconfiguring route groups, route lists if applicable, however inbound call routing is more challenging as that is controlled by your telco provider and you'll need to discuss your options with them.

Hi Chris,
As in one of the cluster - A(at US) SRST is configured for the local site.
Can we configure the SRST or route all the call to other cluster - B(at UK)
