Hi ,
A user kindly wants to know that he wants to change the date time format on an individual phone 79xx, so ideally we can change it from date time group, but i think it would be cluster wide, is there a way to do it individually on the phone.

Hi Abhishek,
The only way to do this for a single IP Phone would be to create a
new Device Pool and then configure a new Date/Time group (with required format) for this
Device Pool. You could then move the single phone to the new Device Pool
and you should be good to go
