Dear all,
I have a request to change the Date Format on the Cisco IP Phones from dd/mm/yy to dd/mmm/yy
Example: Change it from 10-11-10 to 11-Nov-10
Is this possible? if yes How and what are the steps to achive it?
Thank you.

Hi,
You can change the date format using the below command:
GW (config-telephony)#date-format ?
dd-mm-yy Set date to dd-mm-yy format
mm-dd-yy Set date to mm-dd-yy format
yy-dd-mm Set date to yy-dd-mm format
yy-mm-dd Set date to yy-mm-dd format
However I am afraid the format you are looking for is not available.
Cheers,
Kristof

The format that I am looking for is DD-MMM-YY and not the default ones under the GW (config-telephony)#date-format ?
So my question is can we achieve the DD-MMM-YY format?
Thank you

As clearly indicated above already:
No.

Not possible indeed (I also checked in 151-2.T2); if this is really important you can ask your account team to submit a product enhancement request for this.
Cheers,

Also, After you change the date/time format you need to recreate the configuration files "no create cnf-files" and "create cnf-files", please reset the IP phone after that so they can load the new configuration files
