An example of a dateTimeConnect value in UCM CDR: 1289328321

What is that?  How would I convert this to mm/dd/yy:hh:mm::ss?

That's epoch time.

Google epoch time or epoch converter and you'll find online pages to do this and formulas for various programs (spreadsheet, oracle, VB, etc)

Google epoch time or epoch converter and you'll find online pages to do this and formulas for various programs (spreadsheet, oracle, VB, etc)
