DB service is down, after changing the security password CSCth87452

Hi,

today i got aware of Bug-ID CSCth87452 with the above Title. Does anybody know if this bug is fixed in CUCM/CUC Version 9.1.1(a)? The Fixed-In INformation tells about some 8.X and 1.0.X Version, but nothing about 9.X Versions.

Any help is welcome!

/Robert

It doesn't show here

But I also don't see 9.X as affected

Hi Robert,

I have never seen this in any release beyond the two listed 8.0 &

8.5(0) builds so I really don't think there is any reason to worry. And

I'm the ultimate "Paranoid" when it comes to this stuff

The  1.0(0.98000.42) would be an internal only Cisco overnight

build as per the .98xxx in the versioning so it doesn't reflect

anything that should be running out in the enterprise.

I've scoured the forums here for anybody hit by this that wasn't

running the versions I listed above and there were none.

Cheers!

Rob

Java, Rob,

if i did understand you correctly 9.1.1(a) should not be affected. What makes me unsure is that 1.0(0.98000.42) is explicitly mentioned as a Fixed Version. This makes me think that not all Versions above 8.5 will have the fix.
