DBL Helper replication issue

Hi ,

We have a cluster of CCM's ver 4.X where we have 1 publisher , 1 TFTP & 8 subscribers. In DBhelper i am getting replication error. DBconnection status good but in the status it is showing as MSSQLSERVER service not running but have checked it on all servers and service is running find. Enterprise manager also shows the replication status as active and running.

What could be the issue with DBhelper. What can i do to resolve this.?

Are you indeed having some replication problem or are you just running DBLHelper for routine or something like that??

Yes its a routine that we follow to checkup our servers. During that time only i found this issue. What could be the problem with DBhelper because enterprise manager shows its all fine, active and running. Also what can be done to resolve it?
