Hi All, 

What are the issues that can happen or what is the impact of dbreplication failure from the end user perspective.

Everything from nothing noticeable to complete cluster failure can happen.

If you are seeing dbreplication failures, first do not make any Moves, Adds, or Changes until it has been fixed.

Word of caution, if you are not 100% sure of what you are doing, call TAC. I can speak on this from bad past experiences...
