OK gang looking for some help. My client said "a Cisco person" told them this was easily done but I have never heard of it. Can the capability be programmed in the Call Manager of a specific user at Client X (In this case three individuals) always being guaranteed an available channel in there one PRI to dial out on ? Can you dedicate a channel to s specific number or IP addr of a phone? Thanks!

Yes, you can configure multiple trunk groups on the controller and assign them to different dial-peer, etc, couple of similar threads:

Also, is there a way to gove certain users priority over other users to use a trunk?

You can look into MLPP feature of CUCM.
