Hello,
As final report shared by our Auditors, the default application users in Call Manager, should be deleted or there passwords should be changed:
Is it safe to change passwords of following default application users or delete them ?
- CCMQRTSecureSysUser
- CCMQRTSysUser
- CCMSysUser
- CUCServiceW
- IPMASecureSysUser
- IPMASysUser
- WDSecureSysUser
- WDSysUser
- TabSyncSysUser
- CUCService
Also in report mentioned that inadequate password policy is configured on the call manager. Can we setup call manager to prompt to change the admin passwords periodically ?

Hi,
The above user are used by different services to read and write into the DB.
If the particular service is not being used then one may delete it however its not recommended.
your question regarding changing password periodically can be achieved by Credential Policy Configuration.

Policy would be applied to the new application users that you make.
the moment administrator enters the password he would get a prompt shown in the image below.
