what is the deference  between CP-8831-DC-EU-K9= and CP-8831-EU-K9= psychically 

and can i use CP-8831-DCU-S= with  the CP-8831-DC-EU-K9= as a stand alone solution

 CP-8831-EU-K9=   This is the Actual Phone: Cisco Unified IP Conference Phone 8831 base and control panel for APAC, EMEA, and Australia

CP-8831-DC-EU-K9=  This is Optional Daisy Chain Kit

Optional Cisco Unified IP Conference Phone 8831 Daisy Chain Kit for APAC, EMEA, and Australia. Kit contains:

●  Cisco Unified IP Conference Phone 8831 Base Unit

●  Daisy Chain Cable (18 ft, 5.5 m)

CP-8831-DCU-S= This is the SPARE control which has nothing to do with the daisy chain kit (which yes you can use it) but there is no reason to purchase it, instead of purchasing the CP-8831-EU-K9.

So this Daisy Chain Kit do not have the control Panel Unit. If you have extra control Panel Unit you can use them as standalone.
