Delay in calls

Hello , 

Lately we experience delay problems .

For example when I hang up the phone it take the phone a few seconds until the call actually disconnect  or when I answer 

calls I hear ringback for few seconds before the call actually connect . 

It happend randomally in all the phones . 

The customer installed cisco edge 340 in the network and when he  connects them for the first time 

all the ipcc agent reset . As of right know there are 5 of the working . 

System version: 9.1.2.11900-12

Regarding the delay issue, if it is happening randomly and affecting all kinds of users then you should take the output of the following commands from the CLI of the cucm server to which the phones or gateways are registered.

utils diagnose test

show status

utils core active list

Check for any core dumps, spike in CPU / RAm or any warnings in the above outputs. if this is all clean, then preferably you need to enable detailed callmanager traces in all servers and collect them corresponding to one scenario when the issue is experienced.
