Good Afternoon
I have router 2912 with Version 15.2(2)T1 , working as H.323 , with 2 FXO's are dedicated with two CEO's and CUCM 8.5 , the problems are
1) Delay in international calls so that it takes around 25 seconds to processed the call.
3) there is no ring back tone only in international calls
2) delay in National or locally calls , it takes around 8 seconds to processed the call
in CUCM
International route pattern:
00[1-9]! prefix : 70 for CEO1
00[1-9]! prefix: 60 for CEO2
Mobile or national Route Pattern
[569]XXXXXXX prefix : 70
[569]XXXXXXX prefix : 60
Note : the customer doesnt want to press # after pressing international number 00[1-9]#
how to solve these problems with the best solutions ??? and the configuration in below :

Try modify the T_302 parameter which is the interdigit timeout in CUCM service parameters (I hope the default is 15000ms).

it was configured before to 6000 , but the same problem ,still there is delay ????
and regarding no ring back tone when i make international ,????

Have you changed in the Service parameter the T302 Timer?

In Service parameter change the T302 timer to 5000, Default is 15000
