Please i have the same issue , i upgraded my box from CUCM 7.1 to 9.1 at the remote location the users start to complain about delay to resppond to the call about 3 sec ( the can her only how we can help ) ?
can i use the below procedure

Hi Driss,
You can check the CPU/Memory usage via SSH to callmanager.
admin:show status
admin:show stats io
