Delayed voice mail and MWI

Dear All,

We are having Unity Connection 7.1.3.20000-2 and CUCM 7.1.5.34055-1. When i leave a voice mail from extn 1001 to 1002 the MWI glows after some 30 secs delay.

The phones are registered in the same CUCM and are placed next to each other. This issue was not there a month back.

Even after i delete the voicemail, the MWI still glows and goes off only after 30 secs.

Not sure how to fix this issue !! Any help would be appreciated.

We have seen this issue and restart of the CUC server resolved it.
