Delete Lines associated with UDP profiles via BAT tool

GM2020

Hi there,

I am having a challenge performing bulk removal of DN/Lines in EM profiles and looking for help.

UDP profiles are successfully deleted using the Delete UDP - Custom file option. However, it leaves the Directory number in the system orphaned.

Is there a way to delete the associated DN/Lines. If there is any document available please provide the link to go through.

Thanks !

in CUCM go to Call Routing>Route plan report, where you have the Find there is a pull down menu next to it, select "unassigned DN"  select them all and DELETE

Hi Dennis,

Thank you for the reply !!. I was hoping that there would be a way to do it with the BAT itself. There are some unassigned numbers that are left undeleted purposely in the system hence we just couldn't select all the unassigned DN and delete in a single go.

But at the end it looks like we don't have any other option. Thanks for your answer !

Bulk Administration >> Delete Phones >> Delete Unassigned DN and choose the required DNs that you need to delete. Even from Route Plan Report, there is no need to delete all the unassigned DNs, you can simply choose the required range and do it that way provided the range that you are using there is clean and not all over the place.

Regards

Deepak
