Hi Experts !!!!
Have a specific query here with regards to the Cisco Unity interface, end user wants to delete the old voice-mails , but the catch is he wants to do it through the call manager -unity interface, and not specifically from the physical phone interface, have not still seen such a request from any body, does any body anything different .

Yes, the end user do this using the Unity Inbox.
The attached is a link for Unity 5, but the same operation is possible for all recent versions of Unity and Unity Connection.

The user will need the correct Class of Service to be able to log onto the PCA interface.

Thanks for the prompt reply. i was going through the document but was not able to exactly pin-point which sectiond deals with the deletion of the e-mails.
I would really appreciate if you can kindly let me know which part is to be specifically be followed here.
