Hi,
I have to delete voice mailbox old messages
My voice mailbox has exceeded the quota warning threshold specified by my administrator.
Current Usage: 13.09 MB
Quota Warning Threshold: 11.44 MB
Quota Size Limit: 14.06 MB
I don't have Cisco PCA
Cisco Unity Connection version: 10.5.1.10000-7
How can I do it on Cisco Unity and also advice steps to do it on phone
Any help would be appreciated.

If you have no access to /inbox portal and you do not have unified messaging integration then you need to do this from the telephony user interface (TUI). Simply login to voicemail on your phone by pressing the Messages button, once authenticated go to saved messages and as you review them one by one delete ones you do not need.

It's hard to tell from the post but if you are on the administrative side you can use Bulk User Delete (dont let the name fool you) from Unity Tools to do this very easily.
