Deny voicemail from external sources?

Is there a way in Unity Connection (ver: 12.0.1) to block an extension from receiving outside voicemails?

This extension is reachable from the PSTN via a call handler. We would like the extension to remain reachable, but not accept voicemail. Thanks in advance for any thoughts you can share.

If you want to block a mailbox from being able to take a message, do this: Go to the mailbox in Unity Go to Edit - Greetings Choose the greeting you are using (Standard most likely) Go to After Greeting - Call Action Choose your action (hang up or replay greeting) If you replay the greeting, go to During Greeting and choose if you want to ignore caller input (i.e. cannot 0 out to operator), allow transfers and determine how many times to reprompt caller (i.e. repeat the greeting).
