See here...

Cisco Unified Communications Manager Signed Dial Plan 7.x for New Zealand

dp-ffr.3-1-18.GB.cop.sgn

Cisco Unified Communications Manager Signed Dial Plan 7.x for New Zealand

dp-ffr.3-1-8.NZ.cop.sgn

(and the NZ version 8 file should be linked from a different page; this page should link to the NZ version 18 file).

The NZ version 8 page that should hold that NZ version 8 link is missing:

This other page has the version 18 stuff right...

Hi Ian,

Thank you for raising awareness to this issue. You posted this in the Small Business UC320W forum. I will have to locate the correct team on the Unified Communications Manager  to address the issue you found.

Thanks,

Randy

Yeah, I spent 20 minutes earlier looking for a suitable venue to post this.

There's a post in this forum about that software, so I guessed I wasn't too far away.

I guess you've been unable to find the right people as none of it has been fixed.

One other suggestion for the future.

Name files like 3.1.02 with a leading zero instead of 3.1.2 so that they stand some chance of being listed in numerical order in the navigation menu.

The navigation list on the left of the page is a confusing mess...

http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/release.html?mdfid=278719042&release=3.1.19-NZ&catid=278875240&softwareid=282074292&os=Linux

with a crazy non-sorted order (prefix all with 3.1.):

9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 13, 3, 20, 2, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 1.

New files appear in the middle of the list. Eh?

A leading zero on the final part when it's a single digit would fix this.

One other thing. In the navigation bar on this page, click "collapse all" then "all releases":

http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/release.html?mdfid=278719042&release=3.1.19-NZ&catid=278875240&softwareid=282074292&os=Linux

The software for CUCM 5.x seems to be split into two similarly named categories:

    IDP v.1 - CUCM5.x

    IDP v.1 - CUCM 5.x

I'd guess the first one, sans space, is a typo.

Another set of 'attention to detail' failures...

On this page: http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/release.html?mdfid=278719042&catid=278875240&softwareid=282074292&os=Windows&release=1.1.18-GB-NZ two files with the same name, but with different dates and different sizes.

International Dial Plan for Great Britain
dp-ffr-1-1-18.GB.exe
14-JUN-2011          0.68 MB
International Dial Plan for Great Britain
dp-ffr.1-1-18.GB.exe
28-AUG-2012        0.67 MB

One file obviously has the wrong name, wrong version number.

This section needs a thorough checking through by someone who knows what they are doing.

International Dial Plan for New Zealand

Why has version 19 got an older date than version 18?

Is version 19 meant to be April 2012?

Take a look at this page

http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/release.html?mdfid=283783671&flowid=26421&softwareid=282074333&release=en_UK-CP-8.6.3

Mouseover the 'cm-locale-english_united_kingdom_CP-8.6.3.10000-14.cop.sgn' details.

There's a link to a GB version 14 'readme' file and a GB version 13 'readme' file.

Only the GB version 14 'readme' link should be there.

Mouseover the 'cm-locale-english_united_kingdom_CP-8.6.3.10000-13.cop.sgn' details.

There's a link to a GB version 13 readme file at  http://www.cisco.com/web/software/282074333/89132/cm-locale-english_united_kingdom_CP-8.6.3.10000-13_Readme.txt

Once you open this file you'll see it is the 'readme' file for an older version of software and is for AUSTRALIA.

Mouseover the 'cm-locale-chinese_china_CP-8.6.2.20000-2.cop.sgn' details.

The link to the 'readme' file is

http://www.cisco.com/web/software/282074333/55466/cm-locale-russian_russian_federation_CP-8.6.2.20000-1.cop.sgn

Why is this China page linking to a 'readme' file for Russia?

Why does the DIALPLAN RELEASE RELATED DEFECT DESCRIPTION section list defects in the GB dial plan?

Why does the RELATED DOCUMENTATION section link to

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_numbers_in_Croatia

http://www.itu.int/oth/T0202000032/en (Croatia)

Why does the PREVIOUS RELEASE INFORMATION section list previous releases for Croatia and not China?
