Design of IP telephony system

I need to know the design requirements involved while designing solutions to the client based on the number of users.

i.e., Design of IP telephony requirement for 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, ........ different users.

Like which router, Switch, IP Phone, Voice card etc., required.

Please Kindly share the information I need to know.
