We have a long standing telephony solution except with live with a niggle that I would like to resolve and unable to find the solution.
From a desk phone when dialling a contact in the Corporate Directory the call errors as the number for the contact is the number & the IP address. I need to find a setting that allows me to remove the ip address from the contact.
Does anyone know where this setting/entry is and can be edited so the IP address is removed.
We use CUCM 10.5.1 and Cisco Unity. LDAP is synched from AD.

Can you post a print-screen from your LDAP Directory->Standard User Fields to be synchronized"?
