Desk Pickup Feature

I have SNR setup and working. I’ve configured the Mobility Softkey for my phone. I’m able to send a call from my desk phone to my cell phone. When I try to send the call from my cell back to my desk phone, the call disconnects.

I’m running Callmanager 6.1.5 SU3

How do you send it back from cell?  All you need to do is simply hang up and then you will have I think by default 15 seconds to retrieve it, you should see the line on the phone in use.

That's how it used to work. Not sure what happened.

The default is 10 seconds.
