I have problem with the call history on my Jabber client, this is an example:
Call 17XXX -> On the CUCM there is a route pattern 17.XXXX with a translation rule (17.XXX to 1234XXX) -> on my deskphone call history I get 17xxx, instead on jabber history I get 1234XXXX (I cannot call back this number)
Any suggestion for synchronizing the 2 call historires ?
Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
