Hi,
I have CMM(Communication Media Module) with E1 lines registered with CUCM 8.6.2a using MGCP.
I have configured Single Number Reach for users and when call forwarded to mobile phone then hangs up the call from mobile phone to resume the call from desktop ip phone, call drops and couldn't find the call on the desktop phone.
Knowing that i have configured SNR at with cisco router registered with CUCM 8.6.2a using H323 and it's working fine.
Can anybody help me to solve this issue.

Hi
what is the value of following two things in your configuration
RDP Privacy :- Is it on or off.
and the Service Parameter 'Enforce Privacy Setting on Held Calls' is set to 'True' or false.
To make it work you should have
RDP Privacy should be "Off", and the Service Parameter 'Enforce Privacy Setting on Held Calls' is set to 'False'
