I am using CCM 5.
I am interested in collecting CDRs generated by CCM, for analysis purposes.
In details, I am focusing on the field "destDeviceName", that identifies the name of the destination device.
This field is very important to me, in order to better understand the type of the final called party.
Sometimes, this field is unespectedly empty and this is a problem for my post processing.
That is: when I receive calls from one GW, the origDeviceName contains the GW name, but when I have outgoing calls through the *same GW*, the destDeviceName is empty (Null).
What does destDeviceName = Null mean?
Does it depend on CCM configuration or GW configuration?
Is it possible to configure the CCM to always fill this field?
Thanks in advance for your help

Hi,
The gateway type currently is MGCP.
Would it be any different in case of an H.323 gateway?
Thanks,
BR
