Device Pack Installation

Hi Guys

I must be missing something here but I have CUCM 7.0.1.11000-2 and want to update to 7.0.1.21015-1 to perform a restore. I have uploaded the device pack to the CUCM using the CLI and can see it when I click show\software however after a roboot it remains on the pervious version. I have checked Settings\Version and there only seems to be one active version to run with, can anyone help?

Hi Guys

to conclude this thread I would like to confirm that I spoke to TAC and they very quickly posted the relevant release for download. I upgraded this through OS Admin and restored the system successfully. Thanks again for all the help
