Device status timeout

How would I find out what the timeout status is for when a device goes from being registered to unplugged when it relates to the device status screen, see attached.

We want to understand how long it takes from when a phone is showing registered to when it gets unplugged and the status changes to None and the IPv4 also changes to None.

Where can we find out what the timeout interval is?

It will show no status after the CUCM nodes have been restarted or the RIS service was restarted.  In version 12.0+ CUCM now shows last registered date.

Thanks Chris.  Is there a parameter setting that would have that set to automatically reset?

No.

It should change to none after 3 days, unless you restart some services or the whole server.

As Chris mentioned, only CUCM 12.x would provide the Last registered date in the device page.

Any previous releases, it would involve reviewing logs on the phone or from CUCM to determine when was the last time it was registered.

thank you Jaime!  That's the answer I was looking for.

Definitely looking forward to V12 that will show when last registered.
