I have a odd issue, one of our offices when they call a local number they dial 9 XXX XXXX and get to that number, this is as it should be. However when they place that call on hold, select new call and dial another local number 9 XXX XXXX it does not work unless they dial 9 1 XXX XXXX. It is just when they try to make that 2nd call on their line they have to dial a 1.
Not sure why this is.

Hi!
When you dial the second time, are you using the first line too? Probably you are using the second line and this one has a different CSS which has access to a 91 XXX XXXX Route Pattern instead of a 9 XXX XXX.... just guessing 'cause this sounds weird. What's the setting of the Max number of calls on your first line?
Regards,
Tere.

Is the route pattern defined with a device or Route list under the Gateway/Route List drop down? If it's a gateway, can you provide us with the name? If a route list, can you provide us with screen shots of the Route list and route group members?
