dial-peer without overlapping

please help me  in creating dial-peer for the following

local numbers starting [1-8] ( 7 digits)

local mobile staring 05........ (10 digits)

national numbers starting 0[1-45-9] (8 digits)

toll free nos 800.......(10 digit)

emergency 99[1-8] (3 digits)
