I would like to be able to dial a three digit access code to reach an Avaya Paging System. When I create Route Pattern 776 in call manager I get " Your call can not be completed"
Since we use four digit dialing here, is there a way to create a dial plan for three digits that would strip off the fourth digit? If so how do you do this?
Thank You

have you already checked the CSS and partitions??? it shouldn't be a problem to dial only 3 digits in a 4 digit dial plan.
at most you would get interdigit timeout if overlapping

I changed the partition to a local partion. That partition is within the calling search space as a Selected Partition.
Now I get a busy signal instead of the message I got last time.
Thanks
