Hi we are using cisco Jabber client 9.x with cisco unified presence. For international calls we are using FAC codes for route patterns, I am not able to dial FAC codes for international calls since the dial pad is not visible until it connects a party. Is there any way to dial FAC code from jabber client ? Thanks

Known issue in WebEx Connect and Cisco Jabber. Not sure if problem is client side or CUCM side but apparently Cisco does not consider it a high priority since it is 2013 and it is still not fixed. Has basically stopped our deployment WebEx Connect/Jabber telephony where we use FAC codes. Had to stick with IP Communicator. Unfortunate.

Hi Shallu,
From some internal email threads i can see that it's not planned for 9.5 client release. It is on the roadmap, but there are no target timelines yet.
