Difference in RTMT and Smart CallHome in CUCM

RTMT is a program you run which connect to your servers to pull traces, counters, etc.

Yes, But RTMT also sends the alerts thru email and I read CallHome also uses the SMTP to share the information generated by the CUCM. So whats the difference in them?
