Different Ring per line

Hi All,

I'm attempting to figureout how i can enable more selections for the second (or higher) line ring tone options.

When My users go to Settings --> User preferences --> rings --> Default ring... They are presented all of the options listed in the ringlist.xml file

When my users go to Settings --> User preferences --> rings --> and select a line..  they are presented with options of ring 1 through 7. It's like the ringlist.xml file is not read here.

Any idea how i can make this work?  Phone models are 7942 and 7941's

Hi there,

You will need to look for the distinctiveringlist.xml as these are the Rings

used for the secondary lines on an IP Phone

For older Windows CUCM versions but can the principle is still the same;
