Different ring tones for external and internal calls

How do I configure different ring tones for external and internal calls in Cisco CallManager with H.323 Gateway and Ip Telephones?

If you use the basic, default ring tone on an IP Phone, it does ring differently between internal and external calls. However, for all other ring tones, you can't change have a difference
