Different Ringtone ofor different Callers

Hi,

I'm setting up an intercom system, where a phone is set up at a locked door. A Line group is also set up so that whena user piks up the handset, the phones that are in the line group will ring, so that someone will open the door. The only rpoblem i'm having is that the user's can't distinguish between there calls and calls from the intercom. Is it possible to change the ringtone for certain incoming calls so that when a user picks up the intercom handset, a different ringtone will ring out on the user's phones.

Not that I'm aware of. If the phones in the line group are multi-line sets, you could just add a new extension to the phones and change the ringer for that line, and then use the new extension in the line group instead of the users personal line.
