I would like to know what are the differents between Cisco and Avaya ?? and what are advantages and disadvantages between them ??? If I am working as pre-sales man how i can convince the customer to buy cisco CCM instead of Avaya PBX ??? if you have table that shows the different between them it will be more wonderful for me
Contact your Cisco account team as they have some good comparison, to be objective you may want to reach out to Avaya to show their comparison.
