Digit Analysis Bug? CUCM 8.6

Hello.

After issues with interdigit timeout and overlapping dial plan, we have noticed that CUCM digit analysis is searching  matches in partitions not configured in line/device CSS. The overlapping pattern was in a partition not configured in the CSS and this issue affects only to the phones registered in one node of the cluster. The traces confirmed the thing then we put the overlapping pattern in other partition and voila, problem solved, but why is this happening? Anyone has faced this before? is a bug?

Hi 

This may not necessarily be a defect. Since you are saying issue is happening only on a particular node, it can be DB problem as well.

Have you verified the DB replication ? Not just the status but if there are any errors ?

It is documented as a Bug CSCuc79185 Device mobility calling search space used when device CSS <none>. But as an intended behavior too. I think this breaks the logic within Partitions and CSS...
