Digit by digit analysis CUCM logs?

Hi All,

Where do we get the CUCM digit by digit analysis call logs?

Look at a CUCM detailed trace and you'll see each keypad event for each digit you enter, then you'll see the digit analysis CUCM does with that.

Thanks for your response.

Where to get the log files in CUCM?

In CUCM serviceability page, under Trace I have two options CONFIGURATION and TROUBLESHOOTING TRACE SETTINGS. Where can I get the Trace file? Screenshot attached.

I'm sorry java, I am not able to get into the link.

Hi,

Trace>configuration, select which traces you want to turn on and ensure they are set to detailed. Once this is done you will need to install and use RTMT to collect the trace files.

Hi Java

I got the TRACES but how do i know what number is dialed, can you please explain what i need to look for the Trace file is too long with lots of scrambled data.

Thanks

Try searching dd="called number" in the file. Reading traces requires some time its not something you can read and learn in a jiffy. Also it is very important that traces are for the correct time stamp of the call .
