Where do we get the CUCM digit by digit analysis call logs?

Look at a CUCM detailed trace and you'll see each keypad event for each digit you enter, then you'll see the digit analysis CUCM does with that.

Hi,
Trace>configuration, select which traces you want to turn on and ensure they are set to detailed. Once this is done you will need to install and use RTMT to collect the trace files.

I got the TRACES but how do i know what number is dialed, can you please explain what i need to look for the Trace file is too long with lots of scrambled data.

Try searching dd="called number" in the file. Reading traces requires some time its not something you can read and learn in a jiffy. Also it is very important that traces are for the correct time stamp of the call .
